We also make sure that you recognize the value of the building’s “character-defining features,” so that the home’s distinctive stylistic features and skilled craftsmanship are preserved, maintained and highlighted.
If hazardous materials are present at your current site, we can manage its removal. Lead paint is a potential hazard that Andrus Corporation is certified to work with. We are certified by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Division of Public Health as a Lead Renovation Firm as well as the United States Environmental Protection Agency. In addition, our professionals are certified North Carolina Renovators.
